The person who signed the Reservation Request must make any cancellation in writing. Cancellation of accommodation will apply from the date of receipt by SienaQuietVilla.net of the written cancellation notification. The following charges will apply:
45-30 calendar days prior to arrival date - forfeit of 50% of total cost 30-15 calendar days prior to arrival date - forfeit of 80% of total cost 15 calendar days or less prior to arrival date - forfeit of 100% of total cost
